Problem with vector printing in color

Dear,

I bought a new printer few days ago and since then I have been having a problem with printing in Autocad Map 3D 2014 with all vectors files in color. Every printing is in grayscale even though all the settings are set to color printing.

Also, I noticed that this setting is not possible to change and suppose that's the problem:

Any idea how to solve the problem?

What is this secret printer you cannot mention?

It's not secret, it's written at screenshot HP DJ 2130.

some questions ....

• Which operating system do you have?
• does the plot-preview is displaying colors or grey-scales
• have you tried to create a new PC3 file using plotter-manager ==> add a plotter wizard

- I'm using Window 7 Ultimate OS

- It's grayscale when I go in plot preview mode when I print at HP printer but when I change it to PDF creator it shows and makes color files.

- I haven't tried to create new PC3.

Check for any gray-print option for example.

Hi,

with DesignJet all settings are gray. It's necessary to go to Custom properties to find plotter settings.

Here is screencast form my DJ 1300PS, but I think it should be the same for DJ 2130.
