Hi,
In Civil 3D there is a special object - "Parcel".
Is it possible to get these Parcel with corresponding attributes from closed polylines with Object Data?
And in general - are these "Parcel" useful in principle?
So you have closed polylines with object data, and you want to convert them to C3D Parcel objects and have the object data mapped to properties of the Parcels?
You can easily convert the polylines to parcels with the _AeccCreateParcelFromObjects command. but I'm not sure about automatically transferring the OD.
Alexander,

I don't think so. The disconnect between Civil 3D Objects and Map 3D is legendary.

My 2 cents - the disconnect between Civil 3D Objects and EVERYTHING ELSE is legendary. There are smart objects that don't carry any intelligence outside of that environment.
The parcels in Civil 3D and parcels created in vanilla Cad which may, or may not, have object data attached, are different even though both types use the term parcel. Similar confusion can be found with the term layers, where AutoCad layers found in the Layer Properties Manager are different from the layers found in the Map Task Pane.
In the U.S. parcel shapefiles and gdb's can be easily downloaded, although availability varies from State to State and even from county to county.
What do you envision the OD of parcels should be? What can users gain when using OD derived from C3D parcels?

I just wondered - what kind of "Parcel" Civil 3D?
Suddenly it is so magical that it solves all the cadastre tasks?
But my hopes for some reason are not justified.
Is this still true? I'd like to create parcels then label them with some of the Object data that belong to the polylines I would create the parcels from.
oh @Pointdump, I found this solution (https://screencast.autodesk.com/Embed/Timeline/883d6e5f-e788-47cf-a1fd-16e207bf9279) from another thread that Ive now lost, but you were involved- so thank you!
If you were to consider third party add-ons, Civil3D users can easily create AeccParcels directly from shapefile data using the ShapeFile Read tool in DotSoft's C3DTools. The selected data fields from the DBF file become PropertySet data attached to the parcel objects.
If you only have polylines inside the drawing with Map3D ObjectData, it's easy to create the Shapefile using the Map3D MapExport command.
