Official implementation the new coordinate system

Hi;

What is the procedure to implement the official coordinate system of the Republic of Croatia in Autocad Map 3d and other applications (Civil 3d, Infraworks ...). Currently, old coordinate systems have been implemented, which in principle are very rarely used. I do not mean the creation of a user-defined system, but officially implemented in the main coordinate system library. The new Croatian system (HTRS96TM) has been officially in use since 2004., and so far there are no indications that autodesk will implement it in its applications. If you need to provide official specifications, contact your local representative or something else, I will be happy to do so. Thank you.

Maybe @Thomas_Stuehle or @Koesti can go to bat for you. The hardest part will be defining the Croatian Terrestrial Reference System Datum, which is "Based on 78 control points with coordinates determined in ETRS89." Autodesk might be reluctant to add HTRS96TM to MAPCSLIBRARY because of that Datum.
