Working in Ontario with coordinate system CSRS MTM-9  NAD83(CSRS)/MTM Zone 9,  which it referenced to the ITRF 1997, (CSRS97),   is there a way to convert the epoch to CSRS 2010?  Or even, for that matter, make it clear what the epoch of the projection is?

Hi David,

If Ontario has a Grid Shift File (GSB), they're not listing it >>>Here<<<. Maybe you could e-mail them.

Hmm,  I'll follow up with NRCAN.  Getting the Grid Shift File is one issue I believe, the other is distinguishing between Epochs.

Hi @David.WylieEMFWL

Is your site in Ottawa? If not, then where?

yes in Ottawa.  We use Civil 3D as a storage and editing system for project site base mapping, including topographic, planimetric and boundary information.

It appears the 1997 and 2010 epochs only apply to Nova Scotia. If you are willing to share your data and provide an explanation of what you're trying to achieve, the forum will gladly evaluate your situation.
