MAPIMPORT vs EXPORTKML

The 42R kml imported with MAPIMPORT and add some area of interest than EXPORTKML does not export it to desired location

Please help me to determine what is wrong with these files and how to export it to actual location

Your Drawing Units are Feet and your Coordinate Reference System is in Meters.
