Map 2014 Import Shp error

Just installed 2014 and already a problem...

I am trying to import a SHP file that I have successfully imported in previous versions.  It works to connect to it via FDO but I need to create some object data, so need to use Mapimport.  I am getting the error: IMPORT SHAPEFILE ERROR: FDO PROVIDER 'OSGEO.SHP.3.7' NOT REGISTERED.

  Ideas?

Replacing the "Providers.xml" file solved the problem.  Thank you.
