Hi,

It works in Switzerland too, with Map 3D 2014 and 2018.

Thanks Pat!

Kind regards,

In Russia, too, works.
As everywhere, if CS is installed, of course. 🙂

I do not know why my message was marked as a solution!
It happened by chance!
How to remove it?

Hello from France

Welcome to the Autodesk / AutoCAD Forums !

In France we are using this routine "NM-StreetView" which launch directly Google Earth + StreetView

at the Point designed on the drawing ...

The routine can also launch "mappy.com" and/or "mapchannels.com" ... But I have commented the lines ...

I have always used "NM-StreetView" on DWGs with French Projections ...

Please let us know if "NM-StreetView" runs correctly anywhere around the World !?

Regards, Patrice

Hello,

I like to know if you can help me to get you lsp working.

I am currently using window 10, google chrome, Microsoft edge and IE 11. All browser and os software are up to date.

Here is what I have tried.

1. Went to map 3d

2. Setup my dwg to the correct zone and coordinates

3. Create a manual point

4 Type appload in the command line

5.Next browse to where the program is saved on my hard disk

6. Menu pops up with the program and I click load.

7. Says lsp program loaded successfully

When checking all my browsers I don't see anything?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello

Please install Firefox or Chrome...

Don't let IE be your default Browser !

Try again...

Subject: Launch Google Earth from Point picked in ACAD MAP 201X / ACAD CIVIL 201X

Hello

Please use this routine instead !

It's the same "NM-StreetView" routine but with 2 different launches :

- data.mapchannels.com   with SITE2 ...

- GE StreetView                 with SITE3 ...

And the 2 launches are printed on the text / command Line (F2)

So if you have a Browser problem, you can copy / paste the 2 different launches to your favorite Browser !

Results are better with Firefox or Chrome !

Don't forget to assign the RIGHT Coords System / Projection BEFORE launching "NM-StreetView"  !!

( Command: MAPCSASSIGN or the old ADESETCRDSYS )

Happy WE, Regards, Patrice (The Old French Froggy EE)

I wish I knew of an easy way to tell you, however we use either AutoCad Map3d or Civil and use the imagery (Geomaps) to trace these areas with polylines that we creat linetypes for such as "Edge of road" or roadway centerline. There are some downloadable items in our area provided by the State that have the centerlines or the parcels and you would just have to attach them to your drawing.  Not sure where you can find maps for your area but try a search for Tiger maps of your area. Doubt this helped but I am sure someone will get some more help!
