How to get text in the upper left corner of a view?

For example, this screenshot has:

[+][Front][Shaded with edges]

How to display that?

Hi,

 

I use french version, but in options dialog, tab 3D Model, check the lowest left option

In English version, it is Display the Viewport Controls
