Find the 3D toolbar?

Hello all,

I am working on Map 3D and want to do a simple 3D object (not related to any mapping). How do I pull up the toolbar with the basic 3D commands, as I would on "regular" AutoCAD? You know, EXTRUDE, PRESSPULL, etc all in one place.

Oddly enough, it doesn't have 3D as an option! I tried customizing to add it, but it doesn't seem to "want" to add it....
