Esri shp. files (points) into MAP3D 2014 as a CAD layer

Hello everyone!

I am trying to import about 30000 pointsof a artefact distribution. The files were generated from a csv into ArcMap that I have saved now as shape files.

I know how to connect the data via task pane and shp. file connection in MAP3D.

How can I move the points (with their attributes) as anormal CAD layer instead? Exporting from ArcMAP as CAD only exports the points.

Is there a copy/paste way to move them on a normal CAD layer?

I hope you can help me.

Hi,

you can import the points including attribute data. Points either become AutoCAD points or blocks. Attributes can be imported either as map object data tables or as block attributes. By default attribute data is not imported - you need to set it up in import dialog box.

Command name: _mapimport.
