Hello from France

Welcome to the Autodesk/AutoCAD Forums !

Sometimes I have to "mark" 2D/3D Pline vertex (control point), so (since 2008) I use a Lisp routine called : NOD-PL

which draws a graphic point at each vertex (control point) of a 2D/3D Pline (Splined or Not)

Maybe NOD-PL could help you !?

I needed to draw multiple polylines on specific vetices that were close together on a long polyline, got the job done by using a linetype with a large scale so it wouldn't display it on the closer vetices.

Hi,

You can change the property "Linetype Generation" of a polyline, that handles the linetype distances and vertices in another way.

In case of "Disabled" you will see every vertex (as long as it's not 180°), in case of "Enabled" the corners/vertizes might not be "visual painted".

Disadvantage with setting "Disabled" ... when the vertices are closer than the distance of the linetype-gap then the poly looks like a "continuous" one.

Are you able to vary the size of the graphic point? And how do you remove the points afterwards?

Hi,

>> size of the graphic point?

Can you please explain what you mean by "graphic point"?
