I have land use data from a real part of a city, but I have a problem with its coordinate system, y coordinate in write but x coordinate have problem, how can I change its x value and fix the problem?

Hi Dave,
when I choose the geographic coordinate system, my layer is located in another place rather than the correct location, and it just has a problem with the x coordinates, the y coordinate has the correct number. As you can see in the image, it is a land use and part of Antalya city, but it needs to change its x values to get the correct location. I need to know that how can I change the x coordinates.

What is your screen shot showing? Bing or ESRI imagery? Shapefiles? AutoCAD Linework? What coordinate system?
Posting a drawing would help to explain.
