Coordinates frame to AutoCAD map

Hello everyone,

I would like to create LISP file for AutoCAD Maps, that will help me create frame with coordinates on the frame.
My expected result will be something like:

[Alfred.NESWADBA]

You might not need a LISP to do that, this is a standard function of Map3D ... command _MAPLAYOUTREFERENCESYSTEM.
