You can do this. All you need is Map 3D and Google Earth Pro (don’t confuse GE Pro with Google Maps that you open in your browser, GE Pro is a stand alone program).
Use MAPEXPORT to export your polygons to SHAPEFILE. If you also have points and lines, you’ll have to perform separate exports, one for each type. One for polygons, one points, and another for lines. Name and save your exported shapefile(s).
In Google Earth Pro, go to File=>Import=>Browse to and select your newly created shapefile=>Open.
Your shapefile will appear in the GE Pro map. If not, scroll to very bottom of the PLACES panel. In temporary section, make sure the box next to your shapefile is checked.
To save your shapefile as a kml, right-click your shapefile in the temporary section of Places panel and select Save Place As so you can save it in folder with kml (or kmz) extension.
