Cant Log In in ACAD MAP

im pretty sure there's another post with this issue but i couldn't find it.

I cant log in, when i click nothing happens.... already tried renaming or erasing "Web Services" folder any suggestions ?

Is this a network license (in which case you do not have to log in)

Or a subscription/rental plan? (in which case, IDK how it's working)

Makes sense. Is there some reason you want to log in?

We remove the entire Infocenter.

You may have told the dialog to not show any more.

Follow the instructions here to make the dialog show again.

Once you have a coordinate zone defined and attempt to turn on the Bing maps/images, it should prompt you to sign in again.

not working. Tried to show every dialog box but not working. I have coordinate zone defined, export to kml is working fine.
Right now Im trying other app like plex-earth 5d 😓

Have you assigned a coordinate system to your drawing? Was it a projected coordinate sys or geographic coordinate sys? Projected CS will give your drawing a basemap such as Bing aerial imagery, a geographic CS won’t.

What CS did you assign? When looking at the image in your original post, it doesn’t indicate a coordinate system has been assigned.

Im using projected coordinates, i know the screen capture doesnt have one, but i wanted to show the dialog at the top. thanks

Have you tried signing in with Autodesk Desktop App?

I agree with @Pointdump to sign in using the Desktop app. Just as long as the app has not been uninstalled or is corrupted.
