Block changes the color when copy to a new empty DWG

I have a dwg in Autocad Map 2017 which have some blocks, and when i copy paste them to a new empty DWG in Autocad Map 2013 they change the color.

Hello-

I did not notice color changes when I copied from 2017 dwg to the next.  However, since you're trying to copy these to a lower version of ACAD, I recommend exporting to a lower version first, then attempting to copy and paste to the older version.  I have converted your dwg to 2010 version.
