Sometimes it happens on some object classes (see image: label for manholes) that some commands in the context menu are inactive - e.g. "Quickinfo" and "Filter data". Other labels are OK.
After restart the menus are active and OK again.
Where does / could it come from?

is this a geometric layer? Would you mind uploading the datasource you have used here?
Also please share a screenshot of command _ABOUT so we can see the version+update of AutoCAD and Map3D you are using.

The data is from "wastewater", IM. It happens on layers for labels and on layers for lines.
