Trace specify length on network topology

I have a network topology and I want to display a specific length (for example : 700 meter) on each topology link from point.

Is this action possible?

its okey as long as the desired length is a straight line.

If the desired length is longer (for example : 1300m), drawing the circle is not correct.

I want to specify the length of the travel path on the links of network topology.
