Replace text from a mtext

Hi.

I want to know if there is an "easy" way to "find and replace" in AutoLISP. I tried with vl-string-subst but i don't know how to use it or how to replace with that function in a MTEXT entity.

For example

With a LISP, i want to replace Erika with Erika Martinez,
