Is there a tutorial for connecting to a SQL Spatial Server? I've been going around and around with this for days. All I can find is brief, disjointed help articles, but nothing that really ties things together in a step by step process that explains what responses are expected at what steps. From what I can gather the first step must be the FDO manager, but if you don't already know what you're doing the help file for that is useless.
