Map 3D 2005-Error loading arx

I get this message on the command line at startup

C:\Program Files\Autodesk Map 3D 2005\civil\AeccUiLand15.arx cannot find a dll
or other file that it needs.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\GIS\FDO\SysAdmin.arx cannot find
a dll or other file that it needs.

I can load them with appload and they work. But they won't start during startup?

Make sure search path (Options->Files->Support File Search Path) contains these two directories. C:\Program Files\Autodesk Map 3D 2005\civil C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\GIS\FDO -PG.
