georeferncing a dwg

I'm not expert with Autocad and I have received a building dwg designed in WCS with unit = dm. I know three point of the perimeter in corrdinate LL84. I would like to georeferencing this dwg respect on this three geografic points and after that generate a shape file. Some one can help me?

Hi,

do you really want to develop an application doing that? (as this thread here is opened in the developer forum).

Otherwise you can start command _ALIGN and use the points to reorient the source drawing to your local coordinates.
