Autocad Map 3D 2010 64 bit multiple documents fatal error

We are using AutoCAD Map 3D 2010 64 bit on windows 7 64 bit system. when we are working with multiple documents that ie two different douments opened in two autocad sessions. we are getting fatal error. we have installed service pack 2 but this we are facing this error. please let uw know how to over come this issue.

What command do you start when you get this error?

Have you verified (using command _AUDIT) in each of the drawings that their geometry database is ok?

What are your system-specs .... and what does the taskmanager tell you about the memory occupied by ACAD.EXE?

At least I would not know a common bug just because of having multiple documents open.

If you are running in Single Document Interface (Mode) --> SDI = 1

Have you the same problems ?
