workspace CUI and settings

I have upgraded to LT 2017 and while trying to add the CUI settings to the new version I have lost the workspace settings in the 2012 version. how can I get them back? Can I reset all the settings back a day?

Are you trying to import your settings from 2012 to 2017?

Sorry if I misunderstood questions, but you can reset your settings to default if that helps.

Do you still have access to you AutoCAD LT 2012 version?

Yes I still have the 2012 but I lost my custom made tool bar and the AutoCAD Classic is gone. When I click on workspace there is nothing to choose only customize and then the CUI window opens. Can I get them back ?

AutoCAD 2012 or LT2012?

You cannot migrate AutoCAD to LT, or LT to AutoCAD. Just Lt to LT OR AutoCAD to AutoCAD.

And if all you want is the Classic Workspace in LT2017 you need to build one from scratch yourself.

Classic Workspace in LT2017 in a minute:

MENUBAR = 1 (4 seconds)
Tools > toolbars > acad > layers (5 seconds)
hoover over layers toolbar > right click > properties (3 seconds)
hoover over any toolbar > right click > standard (3 seconds)
hoover over any toolbar > right click > styles (3 seconds)
hoover over any toolbar > right click > workspaces (3 seconds)
RIBBONCLOSE (3 seconds)
arrange toolbars (20 seconds)
workspace, saveas, Classic (5 seconds)

Your best option is to rebuild your workspace in AutoCAD LT 2017 how you prefer it. There hasn't been a classic workspace option since 2015 but other users have found different ways to work around it.

Command: _-toolbars workspace

Or how to set workspace current?

Select the workspace from the gui item what i wrote about above

or use command _WSCURRENT

You ask another thing?
