Which region license is legal?

I have a HP laptop. I want buy a autocad license for work. But I'm working between China and Hong Kong. I'm confuse that which license is legal on my case?

If you are referring to a subscription to Autodesk software, note that our subscription plans include Global Travel Rights, which allow you to use your software outside of your country of purchase, as long as the software is purchased in the Home Country.
