i cant run my pc because after every 30 min web service folder is having all space  and stop me to run autocad and others.

Just based on a quick analysis of your log file, this appears to be a SoapUI error, and not AutoCAD related.

I found the following post which may have a solution for you:

In the future, however, please post more complete information, including AutoCAD version, any Service Packs installed, Operating System used, and other software running at the time of the error, etc.
