Wacom Intuos 3 crashes on Autocad lt 2019

Hi,

my wacom intuos 3 always worked well on Autocad lt 2018.

On Autocad lt 2019, when I set "use digitalyzer", I can work until I close Autocad, then, when I try to open again the application, it crashes and I have to reset default settings.

I've installed last wacom drivers and I also have tried to reinstall Autocad.

My OS is Windows 10, last release.

Can anybody help me, please?

WACOM support any help? Autodesk doesn't address third party issues with newest software for the most part.

Hi @Anonymous,

I recently tried an Intuous on my computer and had no problem with 2018 or 2019 product. Please note however, the issue you are describing is a known one when you select the WINTAB in options. A fix is for this is due out in the next update.
