Can't find the tag I am looking for

I am looking for a simple tag that is a box with a horizontal line in the middle and two values, one above the line and one below (see attached photo below). I can't find this tag in the tool palettes I have available to me in my Autocad LT 2012 and I don't seem to be able to find the content browser to download more. Are both of these options not available to me because of the early autocad version I have or am I not looking in the right places?

You must have transitions from ADT/ARCHversions of AutoCAD: those are targeted at specific industries so they get all the blocks needed. LT is for everyone but no one specific, and at a much lower cost, its not going to have those specialty blocks/features.

As you could always do in AutoCAD regardless of variant... Create your own custom block with those desired features and use it as your LEADER or QLEADER or MLEADER block. You probably already has a block that looks like that but is a circle, that's a good one to use to get you started with your new block.

If you have one it would be in ToolPalettes in one of the free categories that came with your LT version.

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD LT forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 I suggest creating your own block to do this.  I made a quick video that shows how you might start by using one of the default blocks that is frequently used with a MultiLeader. I assign the Callout block to an mleader and then insert an mleader into the drawing.  I explode it and then recreate the block using a rectangle instead of a circle. I create a new block and then assign it to the mleader style.
