Update Block With Newer Block

How to update a block in a drawing to a newer version of the same block?

Autodesk says:

The Step Three right click does not give me the option to "Insert as Block".

My options are: Explore, Search, Add to Favorites, Organize Favorites, Create Tool Palette,

Set as Home.

Also there is no drawing file image on the right side of Design Center as noted in Step Three. There are only Blocks, Detail View, Dim Styles, Layers, etc.

What have I missed?

description is: Click the FOLDER, not click the file!
