Dear Henk

Here are some solutions which may help you get to the bottom of this:

Try using recover to open the drawing.

If this does not fully recover the drawing you could look at the solution

The site http://www3.autodesk.com/adsk/support/techdoc/0,,226973--273818-0_21837,00.html seems inaccessible. Any clues to get to Samantha Babister's info on 33a08034h please.

From the year 2000, 19-years ago? Are you still using AutoCADLT98/2000 in Win95?

Do you have any idea how to stop this happening. I can recover the sv$ file.
The error seems to result from a rapid scroll of the mouse. It does not
happen to all drawings. Regards Mike.

Your video card is choking perhaps: turn off hardware acceleration if you have a modern/new AutoCAD/LT version.
If you are running a very old version buy a fix from these guys if their free tips do not work https://www.longbowsoftware.com
