How do I turn off Dynamic Input on AutoCad Lt 2021/

All you need is [F1] or www.google.com

Are you able to Type DYNAMIC INPUT in the HELP bar in 2021 and get what you seek?
Its the same as older versions too

Learn what your Function keys do. I'd also advise learning some of the shortcut commands so you can type with one hand whilst mousing with the other. That will help you to ease reliance on 'buttons', meaning you can be more productive sooner on unfamiliar setups.
