Trouble Viewing DWG File

Hi - I had some design work completed and was sent the DWG files.  When I open them in various viewer programs, I only see the view below and not the actual drawing.  I am not a CAD user.  I've attached a couple of the files...can someone open the file and let me know that the file is complete and working properly?   I don't want to send these off if they are not working properly.  Anything I need to do on my end to view them properly?  Thanks!

As an additional note - in the file preview dashboard, I can see the drawings, but not when I open the actual file.  I am sure this is just a user error thing.  Any help appreciated.

No it's not your fault. You haven't been sent the full set of drawings.

The drawings you need are called External References and they are separate drawings which are attached to the "container" drawing which you have been sent. See the image below

Get back to whoever sent you the drawings and ask them to use ETRANSMIT to send you the drawings. What this will do is create a zip file containing all of the relevant files needed to open the drawing properly.
