Text punctuation order is changing when I apply Bold or Italic.

Hello! 

Issue: I have a normal text and if I apply Bold or Italic, the order of punctuation( comma, point, horizontal line, etc.) is changing or the space is added in front of punctuation.(see below)

Any ideas how to solve?

What font is this normal text using?

Can you share your DWG file with that text in here? Not seeing anything like that here in LT2023-24-25 in WindowsOS so I am not able to replicate that in my own files.

Also, what is your OS and exact year version of LT

OS - Windows 10

Autocad LT 2024.

It doesn't matter the DWG file, it does the same on a blank dwg file. It drives me crazy.

LT2024 is not new, Win10 is old, we all have what you have.

Is this a sudden new problem for you? as in last week it all worked fine?
Or did something change on your PC or with fonts or with software or...?

Did you restart your PC yet?

Good to know. But since I cannot replicate your issue in LT2024 in my own files, you'll have to provide a DWG file that does this for you on demand for others to test here (to rule our font issues since we all have ARIAL installed for example).

it's not a sudden problem, actually I don't know exactly when it started.

Is your AutoCAD updated to the latest version? Have you tried a repair reinstall?

I just opened your drawing and had no issues with the text punctuation moving. See the image below

I just installed Autocad 2025, after Uninstalling everything related to Autodesk. Same problem. The funny fact is I have another Softwear, Gstar CAD and it hasn't this issue.  But I want to fix Autocad to work properly and i don't know how.

In the attached Photo is the cursor when I try to edit the order of the punctuation. maybe it gives you any clue.
