Test Failed when plotting

Ive get a error message when I try to plot. "Test Failed". And I cannot click down the error window. Must force a closing of autcad.

I found a few cases of this on google, one solution involved a problem with plot settings, is any of it relevant. This is a long post and the solution was on page 3. If this does not help then maybe post the dwg file so we can test it.

LT year version is...?
Windows 10, correct?

Plotting to what?
Does this happen when you plot to anything else?
Is the problem just in one file? or all files?
