Is it possible to run AutoCAD LT 2005 on Windows 8.1?  I have found download fixes for it but the browser times out before the fix is found.

LT2005 is not supported in Win8.1. Try Win8's XPCompatibility Mode, it might help, or ask these folks if they can sell you a fix http://www.longbowsoftware.com

Thanks but I have 2005 not 2015.  No problem, may have found a solution.

Longbow does have a fix.  Thanks for the heads up.  Now I just need to see if I can get it to work!

I might need new glasses (or I am getting old) - you are absolutely correct. 2005 is older than 2015!
