System detected an overrun of stack based buffer

I need assistance with this issue.  My first message was posted one week ago.  My program is glitching.  Autocad is apparently trying to write data to the incorrect location or trying to send more data to a location than is allocated to receive and this is causing errors.  I need an update sent to fix or direction on how to get this effectively repaired quickly.

Examples of issues:

Periodically, while working in the drawing,  all of my hatches will turn to  a solid and all transparency is lost, making the drawing disappear.  At the same time, diagonal lines will begin running through the hatch (like a glitchy TV screen).  The drawing reappears if I go into a layout tab and back into model.

Critical Issue:  Random lines in the layout tab that are part of the drawing in model space are missing.  (Nothing is frozen or on the wrong layer).    I have sent prior messages so, please send direction for how to get this repaired.  I have also shared that my computer is running Windows 10 Pro, version 21H1.

Error Messages Received:

**System detected an overrun of stack based buffer in this applicaton

**Breakpoint has been reached.   (0X80000003) occurred in the application at 0x00007FF840EB3D7D.  CLICK OK TO TERMINATE THE PROGRAM.

Pendean,

I just sent this message to Darin...not sure if you would see.

Darin,

When I received the instruction from Travis, I did contact my IT person and
he warned me heavily about making any changes in the registry...that making
changes could cause serious damage to the system and it would not be
reversible. So, no I did not move forward with the direction from Darin.

Last night my screen froze and my cursor would not make selections nor
would the typing register. I had to do a forced shut down. I have
deadlines I this has to be fixed.
My IT person did explain that it was windows related but not Windows
problem. The problem was the location where Autocad is sending the
information. Apparently the location is not equipped to receive, so I need
an Autocad fix to get Autocad sending to the correct location in Windows.

Please advise how to get this corrected. My IT person said it should be
more involved than merely renaming a file. I don't want to risk damage to
my computer...

Pendean,

I did open a ticket last night with 'Install & Activate' and have a case
number. It then proceeded to tell me through a separate email that my case
would be responded to by an outside team.
Directly@autodeskcommunications.com unless I opted out......so I don't
know what to do...Do I try your link? Thank you!
