What is the name of the font? Is it an SHX or TTF?
Can you share it here? You will need to zip it first.

You need to identify and share the font file: simply sharing your CAD file removes the symbol and replaces it with a question mark.

PROPERTIES command will identify the text style, STYLE command will tell you the name of the font. Then you can search for it in Windows File Explorer. Looks like it is called CDSFRAC.SHX

Perfect.

I don't have your Ricoh, but printing to our printer and two different PDFs seems to create your font's custom shapes just fine here.

thats weird. even printing "dwg to pdf" removes one of them. but not both?!?!
