How can dimension styles or multileader styles be added to a tool palette?

1. Give those styles a very unique name (not STANDARD).
2. Drag and drop to the TP you want them to appear in.
3. The file they came from MUST always be available to AutoCAD, it must be in the AutoCAD search path.
Note: if those style names are already in use in a file you are in but are set incorrectly, they will not automagically get reconfigured or fixed.

Thanks for the reply but I must be doing something else wrong.

I have two multileader styles that are not annotative and are identical except for the scale factor.  They both use the same unique named text style.  I dragged an instance of each to the TP.  The source file is in the Support File Search Path. When I drag them into a new file they both appear the same (SF=1) and the properties are identical except that they still have their unique ML style names.  Is there another way to drag them to the TP so they don't lose the scale factor, or am I doing something else wrong?  Thanks, again.

PS.

To narrow it down, I've since noticed that the scale is being lost upon placing the tool on the palette.  So is there a different way to place it, or must I manually set the Overall scale on the Tool Properties box when it is created on the palette?  Thanks.

Scale? right-click on the item in TP, select PROPERTIES, SCALE entry, enter what you need there.

Or are your objects Annotative and you've not correctly set the Annotative Scale in your DWG first before dragging them in?

Thanks, Dean.  I did that.  It just seems peculiar that the scale factors migrate to the palette with the dimension styles but not with the multileader styles...Go figure.  Thanks, again.
