Stretch / Move not working when unit is too small.

I've tried to stretch or move any lines within the drawing but after input command, the lines doesn't change.

I.e highlighted a line -> move -> 10 (mm), the line remains the same... but if i move 50mm, then it moves. I've had this problem before that I managed to fix, but I've had to reset my autocad 2024 LT this morning and it's now doing the same. Any help appreciated, thanks!

Perhaps you have running osnaps set?

set osmode to 0 and try the move command again

Tap F3 to toggle your running osnaps off/on when you need them and when you don't: your primary issue is your running osnaps were getting in the way and why you could not do hat you wanted to do.

We all do this all the time, and have been, for 40-ish years now. You might as well join us 🙂

Just a thought that works for peripherals/CUI

NON will suppress object snaps for the current selection, restores autimatically when done...

That's right, and using a programmable mouse is a godsend for that!

ah... not the best for a MAC user... as we have to press fN to press F12, but i get the point and i'll just have to be careful of when the osnap is in the way, thanks all!

Posting in the correct forum might help you avoid getting information that does not apply: here is the link to all MAC versions of AutoCAD (which includes LT)

It's not a mac specific thing, all laptops by default (I think? At least the ones I had) have this setting that the F keys are primarily for media etc. and for F1, F2 etc. you need to use them with Fn. But you can change it, and have the F1, F2 keys as primary.
