Start Tab 2019 CAD LT

Hi! Does anyone knows how to remove the Start Tab?

When I am switching files using clt+tab it opens the start one too and it is kind of annoying.

I'm in Civil 3D 2019, but I assume it's the same in this respect.

I can't figure out how to get rid of the start tab either. Apparently in previous releases it was controlled by the STARTUP variable, but as far as I can tell not any more. I tried all options and it's still there.

Set the STARTMODE system variable to 0
