Shift+Ctrl+C issue (LT 2025)

I've searched but can't find a topic that describes my situation. Previously, Shift+Ctrl+C next directed me to chose a base point for whatever I was trying to copy and paste to another location but recently,  this window pops up. Now, after years of doing it that way, I have to select the objects, right click, select clipboard, and select copy with base point. Ctrl C and Ctrl V still work as usual. Thanks.

@pmarxAJLUU You have a 3rd party system / OS override for that keyboard key combination.

Are you on a laptop (or wireless keyboard) by chance and need to de-activate the designed keyboard keys functions? Another possible cause.

Did you restart your PC yet? Also worth trying now.

Thanks for your reply. This is on my office PC on a physically connected keyboard (and mouse), and it has been restarted with no effect.

@pmarxAJLUU Any chance your IT folks can assist? I am unable to replicate your issue in LT2025-26-27 here in Windows11Pro.
