Hi,

I have installed the ACAD 2022 but I cant seem to get the sheet sets to work that were created with ACAD 2020.  Do I need to recreated all the sheet sets again??

Thanks

Absolutely nothing changed between the two year versions, and it works fine here in our offices: so... what exactly is not working for you? be more specific please, "can't get to work" means nothing unless you've never used the program or the feature before of course.

Have you installed the 2022.1 Update yet? ABOUT command will confirm what you have installed. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates  Restart your PC afterwards.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

When I click on the .dst file, no file tree appears.  When I click the dwg file from explorer it wont open the Sheet set.  When I try to open a sheet set navigating through the menu, selecting the dst file, still no drawings appear.

Perhaps I need to re-install the 2022.  When I install from the autodesk account should it remove the old version?  Perhaps my machine has not purged the old one properly?

Thanks

.... or your files locations have also moved along with your new 2022 version?
or one of these issues from a similar post https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/can-t-open-sheet-set-file-dst-by-double-click/m-p/62963...
and https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/can-t-open-sheet-set-file-dst-by-double-click/m-p/62963...

Where do you store your files?

Having an older version on the same PC makes no difference: I have three versions of AutoCADLT and about a half-dozen other versions/variants of full AutoCAD on the same single PC.

Drive letter / pathing changes can make DST files 100% useless, they can no longer find the DWG.
