Scaling and Plotting

I am currently using CAD 2017. I have set my units to Arch and inches. In Model space I have set my scale to 1"=8' - 0". However, in Paper space I have to zoom in just to see the drawing. I need to plot to 24 x 36 in a specific scale. How do I set everything so it plots to desired scale and it fills in paper and shows title block too?

You mean 1/8"=1'-0", right? Otherwise it appears you're not really sure about what it is you are doing, Do you need help with US-style architectural scaling?

Are you actually drawing at 1:1 scale (the proper way), or are you drawing everything at this this smaller scale (big mistake)?

I'm drawing plans for a HOA and they dictated they need the plans on 24x36
at either 1"=4', 1"=8', 1"=10'.

Since I drew the plans in model space at 1"-8, can that scale now be
changed and how do I get correction to my plot scaling?

If you went ahead and drew at a smaller scale, then when plotting you would just plot at a 1:1 scale and hope it all fits on a 24x36.

To fix your drawing to bring it back to 1:1, if you wish to spend the time and effort, you'd simply SCALE the whole thing by 8.

If you really drew everything at 1"= 8' you will need to use the SCALE command on your drawing and select everything and scale it by 96 to get to a 1-1 scale. Then in your 24x36 layout, set the viewport scale to 1/8"=1' That will give you a scale of 1"=8' when it is printed.
