We just purchased the Revit-AutoCAD LT suite for our new workstation. It was working fine for about an hour, until we closed out and tried to open it once again. When opening again we were faced with the error message "contact your administrator to request permission to use this product" the only problem is that we ARE the administrator. We tried to log into our Autodesk account online and add a new user but were faced with a communication error and was unable to add a new user.
After reading through other forum entries it appears our account is "out of sync"?

yes it probably is
Only someone from Autodesk can resync your account

Sorry to hear about the issue. New orders can take up to 24 hours to fully sync. That being said I have submitted a resync of your account. I have also created case 11388774 for you. A representative will follow up via the case to make sure the sync has worked correctly.
