re installation

How I can clean installed program 2011 let to be able to install again that program in English..Right now does not me allow to reinstalled eventhough I un-installed and deleted all fixtures from my computer, when I am trying to install again does not me allow to install in English. An another hand autodesk gave me a ne serial number autocad lt12 I am =P

Is this what you did to remove the old install:

Remove Autodesk Products:
