Quick select

Hi, my quick select doesn't show any properties so I'm unable to use it. I have tried new drawings and the audit command with no avail. please can someone point me in the right direction for the fix?

Restart your PC and try again. Post back if that's still an issue.

Reboot pc and acad
Audit
Repair acad
New drawing
Drawings from other cad technicians
Windows updates
Acad updates

So this happens in all files, correct?
LT2014 is 5-years old, what's new or different with your setup today that was not the case last week/month/year/two-three-four-five years ago?

Is there any third party application running on top of AutoCAD?

Also, try resetting AutoCAD to defaults:
