Quick Command Keys dont work if Command line is Invisible

I prefer to not have the command line visible while working but randomly today my quick keys "stopped" working. Usually I can type and the command will start to populate next to my cursor. Now commands only work when the command line is visible. I can hit escape and enter only with the command line invisible. How do I bring back my command bar next to the cursor? Using AutoCAD LT 2022.

Does restarting the program fix your issue?

I have restarted the program, the computer, searched through options, read through forums, ran updates, updated the graphics.

Try turning on dynamic input (F12 Key)
