Quick Access tools/Icons disappeared

Hi Guys,

Hopefully someone can help. I've been using AutoCad for a couple years now but never had this issue. I've spent countless hours trying to get these quick access Icons for the tools back to how it was on screen before but I have no Idea how to find them. I've a few images below that will hopefully point out and explain the things I'm looking for.

New screen without the icons on there...

Old view with the icons....

Can anyone help to get this back? drawings are taking forever having to find all the tools I'm using.

Click here to select a different workspace then back to your own, the RIBBON should show right back up
