Problem with installation

I'm trying to install AutoCAD LT 2021. I'm licensed thru my company. When I try to install it, I get this pop-up (attached) and can't continue. It doesn't make any sense to me. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you doing the 'download and install' all in one ?

If so, stop.

Change your download type to 'Browser download", then download the entire installer package, then run the setup from that.

Wow, that is a lot of manual work, when the installer could just do that for us.

Instead of paying a tech writer to document that, they should have the programmer add a few lines of code to do it automatically and save the customers the hassle of finding this document and having to do steps that could be automated.
