Problem with dimensions

Hi , 

I am having trouble with my dimensions changing on drawings to huge numbers that don't seem related. seems to often happy right as I export the document to a pdf. Sometimes the dimensions come out first time at completely the wrong scale (i.e on a 1:50 scale drawings, the dims reflect a drawing at 1:100 scale and not the true value) as well
